M/s. NextGen Solutions designs and manufactures Bulk Material Handling Systems and Integrated Processing Plants on turnkey basis. Every aspect of the project is covered by us - whether assistance in site selection or preparation of project report for the purpose of obtaining departmental clearances or processing of loan application.

Complete Design, Civil Work, Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation, Testing and Final Commissioning at site is undertaken by us, depending upon the scope of work / services settled with the customer in advance. Jobs such as supply and commissioning of Electrical Control Panel, Cable Laying, Construction of Panel Room, Site Lighting etc. are also handled by us. We also offer contractual services of Plant Running and Maintenance in case the customer desires so.

We have State-of-the art facilities for fabrication at our associates M/s. JBRN Engineering situated in GIDC, Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat. M/s. JBRN Engineering has expertise of manufacturing various Grinding, Screening, Mixing & Material Handling Equipment.

We have installed two Ground Calciun Carbonate units comprising of Roller Mill (Raymond Type) of 30 TPD for M/s. Classic Lime Industries, Lusaka, Zambia in Africa. On going projects include a 60 TPD Precipitated Calciun Carbonate plant based on vertical shaft kiln (VSK) technology in Africa & a Herbal Cosmetics unit near Pune.
